I will often state my personal opinions in this blog, and they will, no doubt, be influenced by my preferences.

I am registered Republican, however I voted for Gore in 2000 and for Kerry in 2004. Of course, I have voted for many Republicans in local elections. In the 2008 primary, I voted for Ron Paul. I have not made up my mind who to vote for in 2008, but I would say that I am currently leaning toward Obama.

Welcome to my blog

With the candidates of the two major parties essentially settled, and with the media echo chamber missing a lot of important observations while making too many wrong predictions. I think it's time for me to stop complaining about the analysis I see on TV, and start doing something about it.
